Kengo Kuma is a globally acclaimed Japanese architect with offices in Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing and Paris. He is one of the most significant Japanese figures in contemporary architecture. Some of his most recognized works are the Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center in Tokyo and the Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum. He is also one of the designers of Japan National Stadium, in Tokyo, which became one of the main venues for the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020.
